Jared is the Founder and CEO of Herohub, a board member for TUFR Tech, and a Professor of Business and Marketing at BYU-Idaho. A lifelong powersports enthusiast, Jared enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion for the industry.

Kurt von Ahnen is a published author and recognized expert in the Powersport and Marine Industries, as well as an Agency Owner in the Digital Marketing space. His book “Service Writing in Black and White” paved the way for a career path working with great brands like Ducati, BRP, Suzuki and others. This led to an independent dealer-focused offer in the form of the Powersport Academy, where Kurt helps dealers increase their Parts and Service business.He also works with the Marine Retailers Association assisting Marine Dealers in a certification program that covers all areas of the dealership through Process Development.

Jennifer Robison brings 28 years of diverse experience in the powersports industry, spanning multiple roles, including dealership accessories management, buying, and business development. During her time at Tucker Rocky, a prominent national distributor, she collaborated with over 1,000 dealerships, offering education and implementing high-performing retail strategies. Jennifer specializes in creating impactful in-store experiences, from optimizing product placement and branding to leveraging space with a seasonal approach to drive sales and customer engagement.

Brian Kane brings over 36 years of leadership in the powersports and automotive industries, specializing in multi-location franchise management. As Director of Operations, he has overseen fixed operations, accounting, and inventory management, driving profitability and efficiency across multiple dealerships. Brian has served as Parts & Accessories Director for 19 metric locations, General Manager of a seven-line metric franchise store, and an equity owner and Director of Operations for a five-store group. Passionate about team development, he fosters a collaborative environment that inspires teams to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Brian enjoys off-road riding, snowmobiling, and coaching youth hockey, where he has been a USA Hockey Level 4 Certified Coach for 30 years.
