What's included in your on-site coaching engagement

Each on-site engagement is designed for maximum impact, blending prep, observation, and action planning to drive real change across your dealership.

1. Virtual Discovery Prep

Before the onsite visit, we’ll conduct up to 50 minutes of virtual discovery for each day scheduled onsite. These sessions help:
Identify current KPIs, org structure, and critical processes
Understand goals, pain points, and change-readiness
Build a detailed, customized agenda for maximum onsite impact

2. In-Dealership Coaching (1–5 days)

Onsite sessions include:
Shadowing managers and frontline staff
Leading department or all-staff workshops
Assessing operations and culture in real-time
Facilitating goal-setting and action planning sessions

3. Post-Engagement Report: The Performance Playbook

Following the visit, you’ll receive The Performance Playbook, a detailed report delivered in a 50-minute virtual executive debrief with the Dealer Principal or General Manager. This includes:
