With over 30 years in the Powersports industry, Bryan Tierney has led teams, improved operations, and driven sales across both fixed operations and sales departments. He also brings 14 years of experience in B2B and SaaS, holding roles from support agent and project manager to consultant and trainer. Now serving as a Software Solutions Consultant, Bryan has worked with hundreds of businesses and thousands of clients to streamline operations and accelerate growth. His dedication has earned him numerous awards and lasting recognition across the Powersports and SaaS industries.

Meet your presenter: Rob Grant

With a passion for helping recreation businesses and OEMs operate more efficiently, Rob Grant specializes in delivering data, software, and integration solutions that streamline operations and boost profitability. His career spans roles in regional account management, sales engineering, product management, and dealership operations, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both business and technology. Rob has extensive experience in training, consulting, and software demonstrations, as well as creating impactful content for the industry. Certified in Pragmatic Marketing and trained in Agile development, he has worked closely with dealers and teams of all sizes to drive best practices, optimize performance, and achieve measurable results.

Jared Burt is the Founder and CEO of Herohub, the company behind Shop Dealer Ecommerce, DealerAI and DealerHero 20 Groups—pro services and digital tools that are transforming how dealerships and OEMs train, sell, and grow. A former owner and operating partner of Rexburg Motorsports, Jared also held key leadership roles at Motorfist/Arctic Cat, where he focused on dealer network development and marketing strategy. His roots in the industry run deep—he grew up selling parts at his family’s International Harvester dealerships. He holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and has taught business and marketing at BYU-Idaho. When he’s not leading innovation in the industry, you’ll likely find him outdoors—most recently, summiting the Grand Teton.
