Meet your presenter: Richard Snaith

Richard Snaith is a veteran automotive, powersports and F&I executive with over 30 years of experience helping dealers succeed across the automotive, RV, and powersports industries. He is the Owner and President of Ascent Administration Services, where he leads with a commitment to service, trust, and dealer-focused results.

Before founding Ascent, Richard was Principal of Dealer Solutions LLC, simplifying reinsurance and representing leading F&I products nationwide. He also served as President of Operations at Xzilon Protection Products and Director of Sales at SideCars, Inc., where he expanded national agent networks and strategic partnerships.

Earlier in his career, Richard held leadership roles at Ron Bouchard’s Auto Stores and The Impact Group, Inc., an F&I training and tech company he co-founded. His career reflects a proven ability to drive performance, build strong partnerships, and deliver real-world results for dealers.
