By combining hands-on experience with the University of Polaris training program, they give young techs the skills they need to succeed. “We like giving young people a real chance, and a lot of them stick around after graduating.”
The dealership has faced its share of hurdles, from supply-chain problems during COVID to staffing struggles. But through teamwork and adaptability, they’ve managed to keep moving forward. Right now, they’re preparing for a major expansion, a project that’s been years in the making. “We’re breaking ground this summer,” Alex says. “It’s been a long time coming, but it’s going to be worth it.”
