These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Hero Hub Inc., an Idaho corporation doing business as Herohub ("Herohub," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your participation in Herohub's text messaging and mobile communication services (the "SMS Services").
These SMS Terms supplement Herohub's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from Herohub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms. If you do not agree to these SMS Terms, you should not enroll in or use the SMS Services.
1. Consent to Receive SMS Communications
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages from Herohub through website forms, event registrations, webinar registrations, assessments, surveys, account registration, electronic consent checkboxes, written agreements, text message keywords, or other lawful methods of obtaining consent, you authorize Herohub to send recurring automated and non-automated text messages to the mobile telephone number provided.
Such messages may include transactional communications, account notifications, customer service communications, appointment confirmations, webinar reminders, educational content, assessment results, coaching notifications, product announcements, event updates, surveys, promotional offers, marketing communications, and other messages relating to Herohub's products, services, educational programs, memberships, events, and related offerings.
2. Eligibility and Authority
By enrolling in the SMS Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise possess legal authority to consent to receive SMS communications. You further represent and warrant that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile telephone number provided and that you possess authority to consent to receive text messages at such number.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending upon your relationship with Herohub, your participation in Herohub programs, your communication preferences, your account activity, and your interactions with the Services.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's applicable service plan. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier in connection with your receipt of SMS communications from Herohub.
5. Opt-Out
You may revoke your consent and discontinue receiving SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from Herohub. Following receipt of your opt-out request, Herohub may send a single confirmation message acknowledging your request before discontinuing future marketing text messages.
Your decision to opt out of marketing communications will not prevent Herohub from sending transactional, administrative, security-related, or other communications permitted by applicable law.

7. Mobile Carrier Disclaimer
SMS Services are available only through participating wireless carriers. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy and Information Use
Information collected in connection with the SMS Services is governed by Herohub's Privacy Policy.
Herohub may collect, maintain, and use mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in records, SMS opt-out requests, communication preferences, message delivery information, and related records for purposes including account administration, customer support, legal compliance, security, analytics, quality assurance, and operation of the SMS Services.
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Herohub may disclose such information only to service providers engaged to facilitate the delivery of SMS communications or as otherwise permitted by applicable law and Herohub's Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Mobile Telephone Number
If your mobile telephone number changes, you agree to promptly notify Herohub or discontinue participation in the SMS Services by replying STOP before the number is reassigned to another individual.
10. Modification or Termination of SMS Services
Herohub reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the SMS Services or your participation therein at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Changes to these SMS Terms
Herohub reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Your continued participation in the SMS Services following the effective date of any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
