These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Hero Hub Inc., an Idaho corporation doing business as Herohub ("Herohub," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your participation in Herohub's text messaging and mobile communication services (the "SMS Services").
These SMS Terms supplement Herohub's Terms of Use (

https://herohub.com/privacy-policy), both of which are incorporated herein by reference. By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive SMS communications from Herohub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these SMS Terms. If you do not agree to these SMS Terms, you should not enroll in or use the SMS Services.
1. Consent to Receive SMS Communications
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting through website forms, account registration, event registrations, webinar registrations, surveys, assessments, electronic consent checkboxes, written agreements, SMS keywords, or any other lawful method of obtaining consent, you authorize Herohub to send recurring automated and non-automated SMS and MMS messages to the mobile telephone number you provide.
Messages may include, but are not limited to:
- Account notifications
- Customer service communications
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Webinar reminders
- Event updates
- Educational content
- Coaching notifications
- Assessment results
- Product and service announcements
- Membership updates
- Surveys and feedback requests
- Promotional offers and marketing communications
- Other communications related to Herohub's products, services, educational programs, memberships, and events
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Herohub.
2. Eligibility and Authority
By enrolling in the SMS Services, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise have legal authority to provide consent;
- Are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile telephone number provided; and
- Have authority to receive SMS communications at that telephone number.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your relationship with Herohub, participation in programs, communication preferences, account activity, and interactions with our services.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's service plan. You are solely responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your mobile carrier in connection with receiving SMS or MMS messages from Herohub.
5. Opt-Out
You may revoke your consent and stop receiving marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any Herohub text message.
After we receive your opt-out request, we may send one final confirmation message confirming your request before discontinuing future marketing messages.
Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent Herohub from sending transactional, administrative, security-related, or other communications permitted by applicable law.

SMS Services are available only through participating wireless carriers. Delivery of messages depends on your wireless carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, incomplete, or misdirected messages.

Information collected in connection with the SMS Services is governed by Herohub's Privacy Policy.

Herohub may update these SMS Terms periodically. Revised versions will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Continued participation in the SMS Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised SMS Terms.
