Meet your presenter: Jared Burt

Jared Burt is the Founder and CEO of Herohub, the company behind Shop Dealer Ecommerce, DealerAI and DealerHero 20 Groups—pro services and digital tools that are transforming how dealerships and OEMs train, sell, and grow. A former owner and operating partner of Rexburg Motorsports, Jared also held key leadership roles at Motorfist/Arctic Cat, where he focused on dealer network development and marketing strategy. His roots in the industry run deep—he grew up selling parts at his family’s International Harvester dealerships. He holds an MBA from Brigham Young University and has taught business and marketing at BYU-Idaho. When he’s not leading innovation in the industry, you’ll likely find him outdoors—most recently, summiting the Grand Teton.

Meet your presenter: Brian Lucas

Brian Lucas is a Partner at The Accounting Guys. After beginning his career in banking, Brian transitioned into dealership accounting and worked his way from an entry-level role to ownership within the company.
What drives Brian is helping dealerships succeed. He has a deep appreciation for the entrepreneurial spirit of dealers and the impact they have on their employees, customers, and communities. He believes accounting should help push the business forward—not hold it back—and focuses on helping dealers gain accurate, timely financial information that supports better decisions and long-term growth.
Through The Accounting Guys, Brian helps serve dealerships by improving accounting operations, strengthening financial performance, and developing sound processes that create consistency, accountability, and efficiency. By combining accurate financial data with well-defined processes, Brian and his team help dealers make informed decisions, achieve their goals, and create greater opportunities for their employees, customers, and communities.
