Brian Croft began his career in powersports dealerships, gaining firsthand experience in sales, operations, and driving performance on the showroom floor. He later helped dealers optimize the customer journey through platforms like Cycle Trader and Motohunt, strengthening the path from online discovery to in-store purchase. Brian has also worked at leading OEMs including American Honda Motor Company and KTM North America, giving him a full-industry perspective on what actually works at the dealer level. Today, as a Performance Coach at Herohub, he helps dealers bring clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution to their teams.
